About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Compensation and Benefits Professional to join our HR team at ICF, supporting our E&A offices as a Total Rewards Lead. This role is responsible for supporting the end-to-end benefits enrollment, management, and compliance processes, including embedding ICF's reward strategy, developing market intelligence, reviewing salary surveys, and supporting our compensation ranges and benchmark review.

Main Responsibilities
  • Benefits Administration: Responsible for the administration of benefit programs, including private medical insurance, dental insurance, cycle to work, and childcare vouchers. Liaise with internal departments on benefit costs, fringe rates, and annual renewal costs. Manage employee benefit queries, including organizing appropriate communications around changes to offerings and new benefits.
  • E&A Total Reward Team Management: Manage Total Reward professionals in Belgium and India, ensuring they are equipped to handle compensation and benefits issues and support region-wide initiatives.
  • Pension Administration: Responsible for the monthly processing of UK pension contributions, using our provider's system alongside internal payroll reports. Answer questions related to pensions from employees and action changes to contributions, opt-in/opt-out requests, and ad-hoc issues.
  • Compensation Analysis: Monitor internal equity and external benchmarks, ensuring our compensation practices are aligned with industry standards. Support leaders and managers with compensation queries and issues, including internal equity assessments, new hire offers, and sign-on/retention bonuses.
  • Process Responsibilities: Apply knowledge and skills to support tasks related to all compensation disciplines, including market intelligence, rewards planning, and compensation ranges and benchmarks.
  • Rewards Planning: Develop and implement annual compensation plans, including standard and periodic reporting and analytics, and year-end annual reporting and analytics. Collaborate with local teams to recommend compensation guidelines, salary ranges, and merit/promotion metrics.
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct market research and analysis to inform compensation decisions, including survey selection, job matching guidelines review/update, and market data procurement. Analyze market data and provide insights to support compensation planning.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits, preferably in high-growth companies.
  • Knowledge of Radford, WTW, and other published surveys.
  • Working knowledge of equity for a public company.
  • Business acumen and financial analysis skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and written/verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to bring programs from concept to successful implementation.
  • Ability to handle confidential employee information with discretion and good judgment.
  • Proactive, collaborative team member with excellent attention to detail and strong sense of urgency and follow-through.
  • Workday experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS-Excel, Google Sheets, etc.
  • Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
