Our client, a leading company in the travel and tourism industry, is seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Senior Professional to join their Global Reward project team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Excel File Management:
    • Handle large datasets
    • Create and maintain dashboards
    • Analyse compensation data to support global pay equity initiatives
  • Project Support:
    • Assist the Project Operations Lead in meeting key milestones
    • Ensure deliverables such as reports, files, dashboards, and KPIs are accurate and timely
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Participate in regular meetings with internal teams
    • Provide insights to country HR teams
    • Support local issues, escalating when necessary
  • Communication:
    • Collaborate with the wider communications team
    • Discuss analysis outcomes
    • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights using Word and PowerPoint
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with distributed teams across the globe
    • Ensure smooth project execution and effective communication

Requirements:

  • Demonstratable experience in Compensation and Benefits, with core involvement in merit reviews across borders
  • Familiarity with Workday is essential
  • Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to create graphs and complex data visualizations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint)

Work Arrangement:

Hybrid: 2-3 days per week on site
