Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Licensing Coordinator to join our team at STUDIOCANAL KIDS & FAMILY. As a key member of our licensing team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our commercial deal-making and partnership management efforts.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

Licensing Support:
  • Forging strong relationships with licensing agents and partners worldwide.
  • Sharing information on weekly retail results, brand updates, and collating latest retail listings.

Industry Monitoring:
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.

Contract Administration:
  • Coordinating the execution of contracts, agreements, and other documents related to licensing partnerships.

Accounts Support:
  • FOLLOWING UP ON OUTSTANDING ROYALTY STATEMENTS AND PAYMENTS FROM PARTNERS AND RESOLVING ANY PRODUCT LISTING ERRORS.

Administrative Support:
  • Providing diary and travel management to the licensing team.
  • Assisting with trade show logistics.


Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Bilingual proficiency in English.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or industry.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
  • The ability to work independently with minimal supervision, handle multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn).
