Licensing Business Lead

This role is responsible for leading the Coca-Cola licensing softlines apparel business for the EMEA region. The successful candidate will have a strong track record in negotiating and executing multi-million-dollar licensing deals.
About the Role:- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute regional licensed merchandise strategies using market knowledge and Operating Unit plans to inform recommendations on how to grow the business.
- Provide leadership, direction, and coaching to a team of agency employees who support the Coca-Cola licensing business across Europe.
- Negotiate multi-million-dollar contracts with third parties to drive retail sales and marketing value of licensed merchandise.
- Utilize data and analysis to identify insights and trends to identify key issues and opportunities for profitable business growth.
- Baillieu corporate and brand marketing direction to agency and licensing partners.
- Consolidate and analyze global licensing royalty revenue and sales performance.
- Strong presenting, persuading, and negotiating skills.
- Exceptional collaboration and relationship-building skills in international markets.
- Above average analytical skills, strong systematic and numeric capability.
- Highly result-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience of managing a multi-territory P&L.
- Maintain a strong pulse on the fashion, technology, sports, and design industries.
- A competitive salary of approximately £120,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
