About the Role:
- Develop and implement effective licensing compliance strategies to ensure compliance with licence terms, conditions, and restrictions.
- Lead a team of licensing compliance officers, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure a coordinated approach to licensing compliance.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within a local authority or regulatory environment.
- Strong knowledge of licensing laws and regulations, including the Licensing Act 2003.
- Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
