Employee Assistance Program Coordinator

As an integral member of the EAP team, your primary responsibilities will include monitoring workloads, distributing tasks, and maintaining accurate system information. You will also be responsible for responding to live chats and emails from clients, assessing and triaging live chats, and allocating work effectively.
The key day-to-day responsibilities of this role include:
1. Working closely with Workforce Planning to optimize workloads and ensure Service Level Agreement (SLA) achievement
2. Maintaining accurate system information and allocating work to team members
