About The Role

You will be working within the Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) alongside the digital counselling team. Your responsibilities may include responding to live chats and emails from clients, assessing and triaging live chats while ensuring that clients are reassured of the support you are setting up for them.

Job Description

This is a role that requires strong communication and organisational skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. As a key member of our digital counselling team, you will be responsible for providing support to clients through various channels, including email and live chat.
