Sunday Deputy Manager Wicker Hill Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sunday Deputy Manager to join our team at Wicker Hill. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing the store floor, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage the store floor, ensuring that all areas are clean, tidy, and well-organized.
- Supervise and motivate a team of volunteers, providing guidance and support to ensure they are competent to perform their duties.
- Implement effective stock control and rotation procedures to ensure that stock is accurately managed and rotated.
- Ensure that all backstage areas are properly organized and operate efficiently, maintaining adherence to health and safety guidelines and procedures.
- Identify and recommend areas for improvement, contributing to the continuous development and growth of the store.
- Deliver accurate and proper financial procedures, banking, and administration as required by Dorothy House.
- Good standard of Maths and English.
- Strong team worker with the ability to motivate a team.
- Excellent prioritization and organizational skills.
- Customer-focused with an energetic and enthusiastic attitude.
