About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sunday Deputy Manager to join our team at Wicker Hill. As a key member of our retail team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of volunteers to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Manage stock levels, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and ensure efficient stock rotation.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new customers and increase sales.
  • Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales targets, manage stock levels, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Provide excellent customer service, respond to customer complaints, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Contribute to the development of the store's visual merchandising and display standards.
  • Participate in the recruitment and training of new volunteers, ensuring they are equipped to provide excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, stock levels, and customer feedback to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to respond to customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Basic math skills, with the ability to manage cash handling and stock levels.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
