A rewarding opportunity has arisen for a Behaviour Intervention Teacher at Flourish Education Ltd in Kings Norton. As a member of our team, you will work with students who require tailored behaviour support, developing strategies to help them thrive in a Primary School setting.

Your responsibilities will include supporting class teachers in managing challenging behaviour, communicating with parents and carers, and assisting with covering classes when necessary. We seek an individual with QTS and experience working in a Primary School environment, as well as strong communication skills and excellent behaviour management abilities.

The estimated annual salary for this role is £29,100 - £38,400, depending on the number of days worked per week. Additional benefits include PAYE or Umbrella pay, holiday pay, pension contributions, and complimentary training.
