Support and Inclusion Professional

Protocol Education is seeking a Support and Inclusion Professional to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for offering support to students with SEN and SEMH needs, helping them build emotional resilience and well-being. This will involve working closely with students, teachers, and families to create and implement individualised support plans.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A genuine passion for supporting students with SEN and SEMH needs.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with students.
- Patience, empathy, and a non-judgmental approach to supporting young people.
- Ability to implement tailored support strategies and work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
