Inclusive Education Support Professional

We are seeking an experienced SEN teaching specialist to join our team at Insignis Talent in Birmingham.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing tailored support and instruction to students with diverse needs in an apprenticeship setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver personalized tutoring sessions, adapting materials and approaches to meet individual student needs.
- Collaborate with students, parents, and other professionals to develop tailored learning plans.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to guide their development.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages participation and builds self-esteem.
- Stay updated on best practices in SEN education and contribute to the continuous improvement of our programs.
Estimated Salary Range: £28,500 - £32,500 per annum.
