Inclusive Learning Support Professional

Insignis Talent is looking for a highly skilled and motivated SEN educator to support students with diverse needs in our apprenticeship program.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to adapt teaching approaches to meet individual needs.
- Deliver high-quality tutoring sessions to students with SEN, using evidence-based practices to inform instruction.
- Develop and implement personalized learning plans in collaboration with students, parents, and other professionals.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to guide their development.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes participation and self-esteem.
- Work collaboratively with other educators and support staff to implement effective strategies and interventions.
The salary for this position is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, and we offer part-time hours and opportunities for professional development.
