Job Description: Recruitment Consultant - Construction

About Us:

DB Recruitment is a dynamic and thriving recruitment company specializing in supplying contract staff to the Healthcare, Industrial and Construction Sectors. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service to both clients and candidates, fostering long-lasting relationships built on trust and reliability.

Position: Recruitment Consultant - ConstructionResponsibilities:
  • Candidate Management:
    • Conduct regular morning check-ins with candidates and clients.
    • Register new applicants and update the Sigma system with new starters.
    • Prepare weekly email to payroll with worker details.
    • Conduct candidate updates and ring-rounds.
    • Verifying worker deployment and managing placements on the in-house applicant tracking system.
  • Client Management:
    • Contacting present and legacy clients to manage relationships and develop business.
    • Contacting new and target clients to introduce our recruitment and staffing service.
    • Add job orders and advertise new roles.
    • Actively engage in sales and lead generation.
    • Answer incoming calls from construction clients.
    • Conduct site visits to build relationships with clients.
    • Ensure all new client information, including invoicing contacts, is accurately entered into the system.
  • Operational Tasks:
    • Assist with collating timesheets as needed.

Resourcing: Fill client vacancies effectively and efficiently, ensuring a high level of candidate satisfaction and client satisfaction.
