**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our team at Altrad UK, Ireland & Nordics. As a key member of our Nuclear and Defence desk, you will be responsible for proactively planning and pipeline for future requirements, taking ownership of the complete end-to-end recruitment process.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Establish strong working relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective recruitment and selection processes.
  • Act as an advisor and subject matter expert for the recruitment and selection process within your discipline.
  • Conduct thorough candidate screening and assessment to ensure top talent is hired.
  • Ensure due-diligence and compliance in accordance with UK Employment Law and Internal Altrad policy and procedure.
  • Support leadership teams in establishing and executing recruitment and onboarding plans in line with project manpower schedules.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure overall recruitment functions targets are met.

**Requirements:**

  • Experience in using and managing a centralized ATS (ideally, I-Trent).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
