As a 360-role, you will be responsible for managing workload from sourcing through to placement. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Proactively reaching out to clients to form and strengthen relationships, with the goal of maximizing sales and securing ongoing business.
  • Identifying and sourcing top talent through various channels, including networking, referrals, job boards, and social media platforms.
  • Posting job adverts and responding to incoming job applications. Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and fit for specific roles.
  • Providing expert guidance and support to clients, understanding their needs, and providing exceptional service throughout the recruitment process.
  • Providing guidance and support to candidates throughout the job search process, including interview preparation and career advice.
  • Managing the full recruitment cycle, from initial candidate screening to offer negotiation, placement, and beyond.
  • Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to share knowledge, best practices, and strategies for success.
  • Meeting and exceeding recruitment targets and KPIs to drive business growth and success.
Requirements:

  • Experience in a 360-recruitment position, with a strong track record of success.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Self-motivated and proactive approach to work.
  • Results-driven mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
