Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding team at Elevation Recruitment Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various roles across different industries.
Key Responsibilities- Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their recruitment needs are met.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize market-leading tools and networks to identify top talent for our clients.
- Interviewing and Shortlisting: Conduct thorough interviews and create accurate shortlists of candidates for live vacancies.
- Sales and Service Meetings: Build positive relationships with clients through regular meetings and provide a deep understanding of their business, industry, culture, and team.
- Marketing and Advertising: Collaborate with our in-house marketing team to design and write bespoke advertisements for various platforms.
- Industry Events and Networking: Attend key industry events and networking opportunities to establish connections and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
- Candidate Feedback and Advice: Provide detailed, honest, and constructive feedback to candidates following interviews and offer professional advice on market trends, salaries, pay rates, training, and career progression.
- Professional Experience: Demonstrable experience of running a successful desk in a similar or transferable area, with a proven track record of generating new business.
- Commercial Awareness: High level of emotional intelligence and commercial awareness to ensure the best candidates are presented to clients.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport quickly, strengthen relationships, and deliver results through effective sales meetings and communication.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to interview and advise prospective candidates.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
