About the Role:

  • Build rapport quickly, strengthen relationships, and deliver results
  • The ability to interview and advise prospective candidates while demonstrating an eye for detail and good judge of character
  • Ambitious, driven, and possess a positive outlook
  • To conduct effective sales meetings (face-to-face and virtually)
  • To identify cross-selling opportunities within your team and across Elevation
  • To conform to Elevation's compliance protocols
