About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our Nuclear and Defence desk. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for proactively planning and pipelining for future requirements, taking ownership of the complete end-to-end recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish strong working relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective recruitment and selection processes.
  • Act as an advisor and subject matter expert for the recruitment and selection process within your discipline.
  • Conduct candidate screening and assessment to ensure top talent is hired.
  • Ensure due-diligence and compliance in accordance with UK Employment Law and Internal Altrad policy and procedure.
  • Support leadership teams in establishing and executing recruitment and onboarding plans in line with project manpower schedules.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure overall recruitment functions targets are met.
Requirements

We are looking for a positive and driven individual with experience in using and managing a centralized ATS (Ideally, I-Trent). If you have a passion for recruitment and a strong understanding of the Nuclear and Defence industry, we would love to hear from you.
