Key Responsibilities
- Sales/business development with new and existing clients
- Working with clients, identifying their needs and requirements
- Attending client meetings and school visits
- Searching for candidates through various tools
- Shortlisting CVs and contacting educators
About You
To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be highly organized and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will have previous experience interacting with individuals with additional learning needs, either professionally or personally, and be passionate about supporting schools and their students.
Requirements
- 2+ years' experience in education recruitment or a related field
- Proven track record of sales and business development success
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for supporting schools and students with additional learning needs
