Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced pharmacist to lead our clinical pharmacy service in Hospital at Home. As a Senior Clinical Pharmacist, you will be responsible for providing expert support to patients and healthcare professionals, ensuring safe and effective medication management.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of clinical pharmacy services in Hospital at Home
  • Provide expert advice and support to patients and healthcare professionals on medication management
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care and outcomes
  • Supervise and line manage pharmacy technicians and rotational pharmacists

Person Specification

  • Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council
  • Postgraduate qualification in clinical pharmacy or equivalent experience
  • Independent prescribing annotation or desire to complete qualification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
