About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled individual to join our Recovery Team, utilizing Capita One Revenues and Benefits and One Digital Software to handle all aspects of debt recovery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Negotiating payment agreements with customers via phone or in-person, while adhering to defined guidelines.

We provide flexible working arrangements, allowing for agile work practices. Our annual leave package includes 35.5 days (inclusive of bank holidays), with additional leave based on length of service. The majority of our services are closed during Christmas.
