Part Time Payroll Coordinator

We are recruiting for a Part Time Payroll Administrator to work on a part-time basis in our client's office based in North Ayrshire.
Key Responsibilities- Process payroll, including statutory year-end returns and P60s
- Update and maintain payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Manage employee data, including tax coding and pension schemes
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in using computerized payroll systems, preferably SAGE, and have a strong understanding of current legislation, including NI rates and statutory payments.
Apart from the core duties, the successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining records on payroll systems, ensuring FPS/HMRC updates are submitted within set timescales, and resolving any issues that may arise.
We offer a competitive salary range of £25,000 - £30,000 per year (pro-rata) for this part-time role.
