We are excited to announce the creation of several new Deputy House Manager roles across our Ayrshire Children's Homes. As a Residential Program Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of our homes and ensuring the highest standards of care are met.
About You:- You have a background in social care or a related field
- You possess strong communication and organizational skills
- You are able to work effectively as part of a team
We offer a competitive salary of £22,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including pension scheme, life assurance, and professional development opportunities.
The estimated salary range is based on the location of Ayrshire and the level of experience required for the role.
