Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Cheerleading Coach to join our team. As a Cheerleading Coach, you will have the opportunity to inspire and mentor young athletes, helping them develop their skills and reach their full potential. If you have a background in sports coaching and a desire to educate and motivate others, we would love to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement training programs for cheerleading teams
- Teach cheerleading techniques, including stunts, jumps, tumbling, and dance routines
- Plan and lead practices, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all athletes
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to athletes to help them improve their skills
- Coordinate and choreograph routines for performances and competitions
- Foster teamwork, sportsmanship, and discipline among team members
- Attend competitions, games, and events with the cheerleading team
- Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and regulations

**Skills**:

- Strong background in sports coaching, preferably in cheerleading or gymnastics
- Excellent knowledge of cheerleading techniques and skills
- Ability to effectively communicate and educate athletes of all ages and skill levels
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Organizational skills to plan practices, routines, and events
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to work well with children and teenagers.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £15.00-£25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 3 - 5 per week
