Job Description

Cool Recruitment is seeking an experienced Part Time Payroll Administrator to join our client's team in North Ayrshire. This role involves working on a part-time basis, 3 days per week, with a salary range of £25,000 - £30,000 per year (pro-rata). The successful candidate will be responsible for administering payroll from start to end, ensuring all employees are paid on time and correctly.

Main Responsibilities
  • Administer Payroll: Completing from start to end, ensuring that all employees are paid on time and correctly.
  • To accurately input and process payrolls, including statutory year-end returns and P60s.
  • Maintain and update all payroll processes.
  • Responsible for reporting from payroll in line with HR and business requirements.
  • Liaise with Revenue and Customs where necessary.
Requirements

We are looking for a flexible and adaptable individual who can work under pressure to meet deadlines. Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Experience of using computerised payroll systems.
  • Knowledge of Revenue and Customs current legislation.
  • Strong MS Outlook, Excel, and Word skills.
  • Flexibility with hours and peak periods of work.
