Exciting Opportunity for a Senior Community Nurse

We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated nurse to join our dynamic multi-disciplinary service in the Waveney geographical area of Suffolk. As a team, we continually strive to develop the services we offer, to ensure they're high quality and evidence-based.

The successful candidate will have a full and valid driving licence due to the community element of the role and the rural geographical area that the Waveney Team cover. The team is based in Oulton, near Lowestoft and there will be an expectation of travel.

We have a culture of continued learning, working as a close LD specialist pathway and place an emphasis on the importance of clinical supervision and continued professional development. We'll support and encourage you to develop specialist experience and expertise as appropriate.

The role involves managing a caseload from our base in Oulton near Lowestoft, working with a range of adults with a learning disability living within the community. You will also be able to demonstrate that you are able to apply your nursing skills to a wide range of situations.

We have a comprehensive in-house & external training programmes, starting annual leave of 27 days per annum increasing to 33 days pa based on length of service, staff physio service, NHS discounts and many more.
