Caretaker for Academic Establishments Role

Join us as a Caretaker for Academic Establishments at Robertson Group, where you will play a vital role in maintaining the safety, security, and well-being of our educational institutions. This position involves ensuring the smooth operation of facilities, coordinating maintenance activities, and upholding health and safety standards.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities and managing associated budgets.
  • Identifying and addressing potential issues related to security, lighting, or heating.
  • Collaborating with relevant teams to implement energy-saving measures and counteract vandalism.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to staff and students.

Awareness of Health & Safety regulations and COSHH guidelines is essential. A DBS check will be required prior to commencing the role. In addition to a competitive salary, benefits include annual leave, pension scheme, life assurance, and employee rewards. Estimated salary: £12,760 - £13,114 per annum (based on 20 hours per week).
