Circet UK is seeking a highly skilled Head of Operations to join our R100 team.

As Head of Operations, you will be responsible for implementing effective processes and practices across the organization, including formulating strategy, improving performance, procuring resources, and ensuring compliance.

You will manage teams responsible for operational delivery of fibre and copper networks across Scotland.

You will hold operational P&L responsibility, managing risk and delivering projects and frameworks across the UK.

Key tasks include coordinating the internal structure of the organization, ensuring an efficient working environment, and meeting deadlines consistently.

You will direct, plan, and oversee the successful operational management and portfolio delivery of all projects and customer programs assigned to you.
