Your Role: At Veolia Water Technologies UK, we prioritize your professional development and aim to elevate your career to new heights.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and respond to customer inquiries via telephone, accurately entering details into the Service Management System (SMS).
  • Utilize local insights and engineer skill availability to assign the appropriate technician, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Proactively schedule contract visits in line with the contract visit timetable, alerting the Service Support Manager if commitments are at risk due to engineer availability.
  • Perform additional reasonable tasks as requested by the Service Support Managers and Administration Manager/Senior management.
  • Identify opportunities for new contracts and contract renewals.
  • Explore potential for chemical services.
  • Facilitate mobile water services.
  • Possess GCSE or equivalent qualifications in English and Maths.
  • Demonstrate a proficient level of IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word) and other relevant software.
