Head of Operations

Circet UK is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Building Management team. As Head of Building Management, you will be responsible for implementing effective processes and practices across the organisation, including strategy formulation, performance improvement, resource procurement, and compliance management.
You will oversee the management of teams responsible for operational delivery of fibre and copper networks across Scotland. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring adherence to processes and policies across the business and advising on potential changes
- Building and overseeing the delivery team and processes for R100, including structure, people, process, and technology
- Business development - advising and assisting in securing new clients and additional programmes of work
- Managing clients at Director level, providing insight and suggesting ways of working to drive improved volumes and commercial return
- Ownership of all aspects of delivery and reporting, including budget and forecast, quality, health and safety, customer satisfaction, and programme
