Your Responsibilities
As Executive Director of Sales and Distribution, your key responsibilities will include:
  • Strategic Planning: Lead sales strategy and identify growth opportunities, particularly in emerging technology areas.
  • Financial Management: Oversee P&L to ensure financial performance meets targets.
  • Team Development: Provide coaching and development for the team, promoting growth and engagement.
  • Market Expansion: Represent the business at exhibitions and industry events to enhance brand presence and uncover growth prospects.
  • Client Relations: Build and maintain relationships with key clients across Europe.
  • Operational Oversight: Collaborate with team members, particularly in service and sales, to ensure operational efficiency and quality service delivery.

Candidate Requirements
The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in the semiconductor industry, with a deep understanding of market dynamics, key players, and customer needs. A proven track record in strategic leadership, financial management, and achieving business growth targets is essential. You should have strong skills in sales strategy, market expansion, team development, and the ability to manage change effectively. A degree in engineering, business, or technology management is preferred, with additional leadership qualifications being an advantage.

What We Offer
Delve Search - Global Search Consultants offers a competitive salary of £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package including bonuses, pension scheme, and professional development opportunities.
