About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Community Police Officer to join our team in Perth Metropolitan. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the community to create a safer City by providing a highly visible and responsive service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conducting community patrols throughout the City's 30 unique suburbs.
  • Observing, monitoring, and reporting suspicious behaviors to reduce preventable crime.
  • Providing advice and information on various relevant Acts, Regulations, and Local Laws.
  • Investigating complaints and actioning solutions for our Community.
Requirements
  • Security industry or related experience, including experience with community patrols, alarm response protocol, and using CCTV systems.
  • An understanding of local community safety and security issues.
  • The ability to confidently engage with the community and deal with difficult situations to achieve positive outcomes.
