About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Service Administrator to join our Ear, Nose & Throat Admin team on a full-time basis. As a Service Administrator, you will be working as part of a vibrant team, providing exceptional support to our patients and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering high-quality administrative support to the Ear, Nose & Throat department
- Providing excellent communication and interpersonal skills, dealing with patients on the telephone
- Working in a hospital environment and having knowledge of medical terminology is desirable
- Being flexible and adaptable, with excellent IT skills
