Mental Health Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Nurse to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As a bank staff member, you will have the flexibility to choose from a variety of shifts and placements across different NHS Trusts in England.
About the Role- Assessing and talking to patients about their problems and discussing the best way to plan and deliver their care.
- Building relationships with patients to encourage trust, while listening to and interpreting their needs and concerns.
- Ensuring the correct administration of medication, including injections, and monitoring the results of treatment.
This role is ideal for nurses who value flexibility and want to work in various settings within the NHS. You will have the opportunity to develop professionally, gain experience in different wards or areas, and make a significant impact on individuals' lives by providing essential support and compassionate care in mental health settings.
