Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced or newly qualified Registered Nurse to join our team as a Night Nurse. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing nursing care for palliative and end-of-life patients, domiciliary and ambulatory wound care, catheters, leg ulcer care, and minor injuries.
Key Responsibilities- Providing autonomous, lone working using specialist assessment skills to plan, implement, and evaluate programs of care for individual patients.
- Liaising with other professionals such as specialist hospice nurses, social workers, GPs, podiatrists, and tissue viability specialists.
- Working as part of a close-knit team to deliver integrated health and social care services across various settings, including community inpatient hospitals, outpatient clinics, and within people's own homes.
- A valid nursing qualification and registration with the NMC.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Experience of working in a community setting is desirable.
- A competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
