We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Marketing Department as an Administrative Assistant. The successful candidate will provide efficient print and marketing support services to our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Operate and maintain print equipment, including printers, photocopiers, and finishing machines.
- Produce high-quality print materials according to specifications and deadlines.
- Maintain stock levels of consumables and supplies.
- Coordinate internal recharges and purchase orders.
- Liaise with external suppliers to source best prices for complex print jobs and consumables.
- Provide printing quotes and estimates for internal and external clients.
- Ensure equipment is properly maintained and operated safely.
- Comply with copyright rules and regulations.
- Provide administrative support to the Marketing team, including responding to enquiries and requests.
- Develop and maintain professional knowledge and skills.
- Good general education with GCSEs in English and Maths.
- Experience in a busy admin environment or in a printing/photocopying role.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic admin processes.
- Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office and email.
