**Receptionist and Marketing Assistant - Full Time**
**£16,614**
**Manchester City Centre**
We have an exciting opportunity for an experience receptionist who is ready to move into a role with additional marketing and tenant event responsibilities. You will relish a challenge and be highly organised, working collaboratively to support the marketing team to create a community vibe across the estate.
You will deliver an exemplary tenant service and visitor experience, to everyone who comes into the building, understanding the importance of leaving a lasting impression. You should be well presented with proven relevant experience and confident to take ownership of this busy and varied role.
**Hours and salary**
£16,614
9am - 5pm Tuesday to Thursday
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Reception**
- Delivering a warm, friendly welcome to tenants and visitors
- Meeting, greeting and registering all visitors to the building, following appropriate protocols
- Managing deliveries, including couriers and post
- Prep the boardroom for meetings and clear/reset once the meeting has concluded
- Monitor and order refreshments and consumables
- General administration, as required
**Building management**
- Work closely with the facilities management team - confidently reporting building issues and helping manage to resolution
- Manage contractors visiting the building to undertake regular maintenance, issuing keys as required and updating the progress / maintenance log
- Liaising with Security and Facilities Management for out of hours access to the building; this can be for meetings, events or contracted works
- Organise and manage PPE equipment, allowing for efficient organisation and distribution ahead of tours
**Marketing responsibilities**
- Develop a working knowledge of the general estate and its developments to confidently answer visitors’ questions
- Support the Marketing Manager with administration (primarily invoices) and ad hoc marketing and events projects/activities
- Liaise with the events team to assist in the preparation and running of events
- Work collaboratively with the events team to input social value data into the Social Value Portal (portal training provided)
- Update the estate App to include all events, both internal and Tenant’s events/offers
- Develop and maintain a good working relationships with key communicators across the estate
**Skills, Knowledge and Expertise**:
- Proven experience in a front of house reception role and are ready for a new challenge
- Marketing / event management experience (desirable)
- Personable and proactive with a confident manner and able to deliver impeccable customer service
- Proactive, self-motivated and thrive in an environment where you are required to multitask, using your initiative to solve problems
- Excellent written, verbal communication skills and able to confidently communicate with key stakeholders
- Competent Microsoft Office / PC systems user and willing to learn in house systems and processes
