Healthcare Trainer and Assessor

We are looking for a highly skilled Care and Development Specialist to join our team. As a Care and Development Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering training and supporting learners with Functional Skills, maintaining documentation on learners' progress, and supporting, advising, and motivating learners.
About the Job:
- Assessing and supporting learners towards Apprenticeship qualifications in Health and Social Care up to Level 5, overcoming barriers to learning and adapting delivery to meet learner needs.
- Meeting Assessor KPIs: timely visits, quality paperwork, and administration, participating in Learner Recruitment to maintain a caseload.
Requirements:
- Hold a Health and Social Care qualification at Level 3 as a minimum, solid occupational competency in Health and Social Care (Elderly) at Deputy Care Manager level or above.
- Fully licensed driver and use of a vehicle, flexible with travel, strong organisational skills and time management.
- Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people, quality-focused and prepared to go the extra mile for learners.
What We Offer:
- Salary range of £27,000 to £30,000 + BONUS, excellent benefits package, pension, expenses, and more.
- Full-time, permanent position, working from home or field-based, managing a caseload of learners.
