Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified or unqualified Assessor with care management experience within an Elderly care setting to join our team as a Health and Social Care Assessor. As a Health and Social Care Assessor, you will work closely with learners to help them achieve their goals and develop the skills they need to succeed in their careers.

You will be responsible for assessing and supporting learners working towards Apprenticeship qualifications in Health and Social Care up to Level 5. This will involve delivering training and support to learners, managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews are conducted, and organising and maintaining documentation on learners' progress.

Requirements
  1. Able to demonstrate solid occupational competency in Health and Social Care (Elderly) at Deputy Care Manager level, or above.
  2. Possess a good level of ICT skills.
  3. Confident to deliver Functional Skills.
  4. Full, clean driving license and use of a vehicle.

Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 + BONUS, depending on performance and experience.
