Welcome to Active Care Group, a leading provider of complex care in the UK. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Service Manager to join our team at Loyd House in Northampton.

About the Role

This is a 37.5 hours per week position where you will be responsible for managing and developing the service on a 24-hour basis. As a site leader, you will oversee the efficient deployment of resources, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and provide leadership to a valued team.

The ideal candidate will have a current NMC Pin registration (RN /RMN), a legal right to work in the U.K., and a proven track record of leadership and experience of managing teams. You will also have demonstrable experience of coaching and developing colleagues, as well as working in a fast-paced environment and the health and/or care sector.

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including 25 days annual leave, birthday off, and access to our Employee Assistance Programme.
