Senior Care Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Care Manager to lead our residential team supporting young people with learning disabilities and associated challenging behaviors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of care professionals to ensure the highest standards of care and support for young people.
* Foster a nurturing and structured environment that promotes the physical, social, and emotional development of young people.
* Collaborate with the Manager to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and coordinate daily routines.
* Engage in activities that promote the well-being of each individual and support them in overcoming obstacles.
Requirements:
* Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People.
* Proven experience working with children and young people in a care setting.
* Strong motivational and staff development skills.
* Excellent teamwork and the ability to work independently.
* Strong communication skills, being articulate and flexible.
