Job Summary

Reactive Recruitment seeks a skilled Healthcare Professional Assessor to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our assessment centre, you will conduct thorough medical evaluations and assessments of individuals, utilising your expertise in nursing, occupational therapy, physiotherapy, or paramedicine. Your strong observational and communication skills, combined with the ability to listen, empathise, and investigate thoroughly, will enable you to produce precise and comprehensive reports.

Compensation and Benefits
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary range of £38,500 - £41,500 per annum, plus a retention bonus of 5% and an additional bonus of up to 10% for quality and retention. This results in an estimated total earnings (OTE) of £45,650. Our comprehensive benefits package includes 25 days of annual leave (increasing to 27 days after 5 years), reimbursement for registration fees, paid day off for volunteering, and a range of other benefits.

Responsibilities and Requirements
As a Healthcare Professional Assessor, your primary duties will include:
  • Conducting thorough medical evaluations and assessments of individuals;
  • Producing precise and comprehensive reports;
  • Working efficiently to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results;
  • Providing excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with colleagues and clients.

What We Seek
To be considered for this role, you must have at least one year of post-registration experience as a nurse, occupational therapist, physiotherapist, or paramedic. Full registration with a UK regulatory body, such as the NMC or HCPC, is also required, along with a valid PIN. Proficiency in IT, Microsoft Office, and remote systems is essential, as well as a valid driving license or reliable transportation to reach the nearest assessment centre.
