The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Qualified / Newly Qualified Occupational Therapist - Specialist Recovery.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Providing specialist occupational therapy services to individuals with complex mental health needs, focusing on promoting independence, social participation, and overall well-being.
  2. Developing and implementing individualized care plans, working closely with colleagues to address the unique needs of each service user.
  3. Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication.


Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A degree in Occupational Therapy (or equivalent) and registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
  • A commitment to evidence-based practice, with a willingness to stay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in occupational therapy.


Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary, starting at £30,381 per annum, rising to £36,480 depending on experience, along with a range of benefits, including ongoing professional development opportunities and a supportive work environment.
