About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in the Specialist Recovery Division at St Andrew's Healthcare, a leading mental health charity dedicated to inspiring hope for those living with complex needs.

This role will involve working closely with patients experiencing mental health issues across two 14-bedded wards for males aged 18-65. You will work collaboratively with the OT team and Technical Instructors to deliver comprehensive treatment through meaningful occupation.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to assessing and treating patients using occupational therapy principles.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans to promote patient recovery and independence.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive care delivery.
  • Contribute to the development of new therapy ideas and approaches.
