Clinical Assessor Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Assessor to join our team at Reactive Recruitment. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong observational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- To assess patients in their homes or in clinics, gathering information and reporting findings accurately.
- To develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- To work collaboratively with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Requirements:
- A minimum of one year's post-registration experience as a nurse, occupational therapist, physiotherapist, or paramedic.
- Full registration with a UK regulatory body (NMC, HCPC, etc.) with no restrictions and a valid PIN.
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and remote systems.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary range of £38,500 - £41,500 per annum, plus retention and additional bonuses.
- A comprehensive benefits package, including pension plan, life insurance, cycle-to-work scheme, and parental leave.
- 25 days of annual leave, increasing to 27 days after five years, plus additional leave options.
