About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our multidisciplinary team as a Technical Skills Trainer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To develop and deliver training programs for occupational therapy technical instructors.
  • To design and implement training curricula aligned with industry standards.
  • To assess and evaluate the skills of trainees.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in occupational therapy or related field.
  • Proven experience in training delivery and program development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • A competitive salary range of £24,483 - £30,416 per annum dependent on experience.
  • A 37.5 hour working week.
