We are seeking a skilled Technical Trainer to join our Learning & Development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging face-to-face and virtual training sessions, working closely with subject matter experts and business partners.

The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in designing and delivering impactful technical training, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, and strong organisational skills.

Key responsibilities include delivering interactive and impactful training sessions, designing evaluation tools to assess the effectiveness of training initiatives, and staying informed on emerging technologies to adapt training content.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver interactive and impactful training sessions in person and virtually
  • Design evaluation tools to assess the effectiveness of training initiatives
  • Stay informed on emerging technologies and adapt training content to reflect advancements
  • Work with project teams to understand new systems/processes, offering L&D expertise as needed
  • Continuously review and update training content to ensure alignment with business goals and industry trends

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Proven expertise in designing and delivering impactful technical training (virtual and in-person)
  • Skilled in evaluating data to identify trends and improve training outcomes
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts
  • Strong organisational skills, proficient in Microsoft Office, and adept at creating effective training materials
  • Enthusiastic and committed to continuous personal and team development
