As a Senior Staff Nurse in our Neonatal Unit, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality patient outcomes, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in nursing, preferably with experience in neonatal care. You should be able to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to manage patient groups, and have a strong understanding of evidence-based practice.
In this rewarding role, you can expect a competitive salary range of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including a pension scheme and access to ongoing training and development opportunities.
