About the Role
Job SummaryWe are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Key Stage 2 Teacher to join our team in Bourne. As a valued member of our school community, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality education and supporting the personal growth of our students.
Main Duties- Design and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs and styles
- Foster a positive and respectful learning environment that encourages active participation and academic success
- Mentor and guide students, providing individualized support and feedback to ensure they reach their full potential
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies and resources
- Participate in school events and activities, promoting a sense of community and inclusivity among students, staff, and parents
- QTS and relevant experience teaching at KS2 level
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents
- A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with best practices in education
